前台員工非常落意協助而且友善. 整體入住滿意.和入境職員亦非常友善.周邊環境的小販顯示非常友好.及親切.在亡靈節期間感受到人與人之間維繫。 而且在安全位置.晚上獨自行走也無問題.再有機會到墨西哥城我也會再次入住. 惟一令我感覺有點歧視.我手上拿是特區護照版面印有中國籍.到銀行是換不到披索.只能到街外找換店舖換

Las instalaciones estan perfectas y el desayuno es agradable

Mixed feelings about the overall stay here. Overall, the facilities were modern and clean, and there were no issues with the room apart from the showerhead (extremely poor water pressure and extremely overused to the point where it could've been replaced). In hindsight, I should have brought this to the attention of hotel staff so we could be moved to a different room, but we just learnt to live with it. Also, I thought it was a concerning that reception wasn't willing to make an effort to check us in at a more suitable, earlier time. For reference, my partner arrived at the hotel around 4.50am on a red eye flight. I had previously emailed hotel management to request early check-in, and was told it was possible if I paid an upfront $70 fee and there were available rooms. Upon arrival, there were no rooms available, but I requested reception to advise me when a room would soon be available so we could freshen up and step out. I was told repeatedly that a room would only be available at 3pm, even though I asked if it was possible that as soon as someone checked out, and the room was cleaned, if we could be checked into the earliest available room. The lack of English speaking skills of the reception staff made this tricky, and I've never had issues with other hotels being amenable to my requests.

Nice hotel safe area value for money, needs better breakfast

設施極端簡陋陳舊，空調噪音大還不製冷，房間散發一種奇怪的味道，似國內八十年代的招待所。我們在房間呆了兩個小時，跟前台商量能否扣一天的房費並取消後面3天的訂單，前台斷然拒絕。為了後面旅途考慮，我們仍連夜收拾行李離開該酒店。4天的房費最後訂房網站衹同意幫助我們挽回1.5天的費用。此次出國感覺訂房網站上酒店評分都偏高，建議大家多比較。

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

Hotel muy cercano al angel y a una linea del metro, es pequeña la habitación pero tiene todo lo necesario para descansar, cuentan con aire acondicionado y el wifi llega hasta la habitación con buena señal

Great hotel. Would recommend to anyone going on business. No complaints. Staff made me feel welcome
